A SULFURIZED CUTTING OIL FOR MODERATE CUTTING OPERATIONS
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
JICHUAN TRUCUT 100 is manufactured from selected naphthenic base stocks which contain active sulfur compound with fat to provide excellent surface finishes at low cost. Contains a mist suppressant to minimize fogging and stray most In workplace.-
TYPICAL USES:
Recommended for difficult machining operations on easy to moderately difficult to machine ferrous and ferrous alloys.
Used for pipe threading, plain threading, tapping, reaming, gear cutting, boring, and automatic screw machining of free-machining carbon steels and steel alloys of machine ability ratings between 50-100%.
Also for plain drilling and single point turning operations of all ferrous and ferrous alloys with machinability ratings of 40-100%
NOT RECOMMENDED for non-ferrous metals such as copper, bronze, or aluminum. Polo Tri-Purpose Oil (Tricut 35) or Polo Clear Cutting Oil (Trucut 300) is recommended for non-ferrous metals.
